The chief research organization of New Mexico is the University of New Mexico. The University is spread across 800 acres of land in the middle of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Furthermore, the quantity of Native American teachers and Hispanic school is 4-5 times higher than the national average, a number which is truly amazing.

UNM provides professional courses for the main degree levels, the doctorate, master’s and bachelor’s degrees. Over 215 degree programs are supplied by the University, including 38 doctorates, 72 Master’s and 87 baccalaureate degrees. UNM has 12 colleges and schools. It also has branch campuses in the cities of Los Lunas, Taos, Rio Rancho, Los Alamos and Gallup.
